Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team as a Learning and Development Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds and make a real difference in their lives.

About You

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Ideal to have: Child Protection Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector

Job Responsibilities

As a Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing engaging learning programs for children
  • Leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with families and stakeholders
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth
