Job Title: Swim Program Team Leader

Job Description

The Swim Program Team Leader plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of swim programs at leisure facilities. This involves leading swim instructors and coaches to ensure quality service delivery and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and participants.

As the team leader, you will be responsible for the effective execution of swim classes, staff management, and adherence to safety standards with a focus on providing quality customer service and creating value for the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching of swimming and water safety is required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to positively motivate others are essential.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to improve business performance is also required.
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) and a current Provide Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009) are necessary.
  • Extensive experience managing a learn-to-swim program is highly valued.
