Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swim Program Manager to lead our swim programs at leisure facilities.

  • Oversee the daily operations of swim classes, ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling and staffing for swim instructors and coaches
  • Evaluate and improve program outcomes, adhering to safety standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staff, participants, and stakeholders to foster a supportive environment

Requirements

  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching of swimming and water safety and infants
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
  • A current Provide Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009)
  • Proven leadership experience in managing learn to swim programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage staff and customers
