Job Title

Manage Daily Operations and Lead Swim Instructors.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily swim program operations.
  • Lead a team of swim instructors and coaches.
  • Ensure quality service delivery and foster a supportive environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching swimming and water safety.
  • Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
  • Experience managing a learn to swim program.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
