Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our swim programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality aquatic services.

About the Role

The Crew Leader Swim Programs will be responsible for managing the daily operations of swim programs at our leisure facilities. You will lead a team of instructors and coaches, ensuring quality service delivery and fostering a supportive environment for staff and participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective execution of swim classes and staff management
  • Ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Managing a learn-to-swim program and leading a team of instructors
Requirements
  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching swimming and water safety
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
  • A current Provide Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009)
  • Extensive experience in managing a learn-to-swim program
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to positively motivate others
