
Complaint Handling Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that handles complaints and supports alternative dispute resolution. If you are a clear communicator with excellent customer service skills, this role may be for you.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in complaint handling or alternative dispute resolution. Proficiency in case management systems and knowledge of the Victorian health system and best practice in complaints resolution would also be advantageous.
In this role, you will work closely with others to resolve complaints and improve healthcare delivery. You will be enthusiastic and committed, with a capacity for sustained effort and hard work. You will also be adaptable, open to new ideas, and able to accommodate different working styles.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle complaints from members of the public
- To investigate complaints and provide recommendations for resolution
- To work with others to implement resolutions and improve healthcare delivery
Requirements:

- Experience in complaint handling or alternative dispute resolution
