We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Complaints Officer. As a key member of our complaints handling process, you will be responsible for managing complex customer complaints and disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Action customer complaints in adherence to global and local complaints handling policies and procedures.
- Evaluate disputes, determine whether to maintain or overturn previous decisions, and prepare related documentation.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement skills, building meaningful relationships with customers, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure fair and equitable outcomes for our customers in handling all complaints.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution and/or industry experience within insurance. A degree in Law or related field is preferred but not required. The ability to understand commercial insurance, including material damage and business interruption claims, is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, are necessary for success in this role. Additionally, effective decision-making and time management skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure, are crucial.
