Job Summary:This leadership role is responsible for driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive store productivity and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive store performance through effective team management, sales strategies, visual merchandising, and expense control.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive store productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability and passion to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.
