Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Retail Leadership professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team, providing world-class customer service, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and inspire the team on a daily basis, setting a positive example of leadership.
- Support the Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills.
- Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in stock management, visual merchandising, and other operational areas.
- Stay up-to-date on pet care, products, and services offered, and recruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new Team Members.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to take the next step up in your retail management career.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, strong leadership, and ability to motivate and build a high-performing team.
- High degree of resilience, ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities, and create a positive culture of safety.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, established business acumen, and flexibility to meet changing work conditions.
