Key Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced store leader to join our team as a key member of business operations. As a crucial part of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the store team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Job Description
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, and customer service excellence in order to set the tone for the store team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention to maintain a positive store environment.
  • Analyse sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance and increase customer engagement through effective marketing and promotion.
  • Work closely with the store leadership team to implement company initiatives and drive business growth through collaborative effort.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in large format retail stores with a proven track record of success.
  • Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting, including P&L (operating report), rosters, and budgets to make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work within a team to deliver results and achieve shared goals through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and company stakeholders through active listening and empathy.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and technologies.
