We are seeking a leadership professional to take on the role of Duty Store Manager.

Your key responsibility will be to ensure seamless store operations during your shift, supporting and guiding team members as needed. You will handle customer inquiries, work collaboratively with the store management team, and hone your leadership skills.

The specific duties of this role include:

  • Opening and closing the store, supervising shifts
  • Providing constructive feedback to team members
  • Assisting in training and onboarding new employees
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at the registers
  • Maintaining stock levels to ensure customers can find their favorite products
