About the Company:
This fast-growing, venture-backed startup is looking for a Product Manager to join the team as they take on their next stage of growth. With both B2B and B2C offerings, they have established great product-market fit, and a growing customer base.
About the Role:
As the Product Manager, you will work closely with the Founder, while collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to execute the product vision and strategy and deliver new products for both B2C and B2B customer bases. You will be responsible for turning concepts into commercially viable products that delight users and deliver positive financial outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to users to understand their pain points and identify opportunities to minimise friction and drive customer loyalty and advocacy
- Use quantitative data to understand user behaviour and improve measures of success such as acquisition, conversion, retention and churn
- Make product recommendations and drive solutions based on thorough user research and market analysis
- Work iteratively and collaboratively with the Founder, Design and Engineering, to refine the product roadmap and execute against it effectively
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog and collaborate with Design and Engineering to plan sprints
- Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure roadmap delivery and estimations are on time and accurate
- Continuously seek ways to improve the way teams work together and ensure everyone is operating with the customers' interests at the core
About You:
- You have 3+ years of product experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup where you have successfully scaled a product
- Demonstrated experience with modern product discovery and delivery techniques and evidence that you have lifted this within a business
- You can combine your product management methods with pragmatism to deliver value and business outcomes
- You have implemented or uplifted product metrics and processes in a business
- You love to be data-driven and enjoy working with high volumes of customer data
- You have demonstrated commercial outcomes with the ability to back your outcomes with % uplift and ROI
- You possess analytical thinking and problem-solving capability and of course, you have strong stakeholder engagement skills, gaining trust and buy-in on your decisions
- You are comfortable working collaboratively in a small team, where ideas come from everywhere
