About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a key role in bringing products to life in the market and ensuring they resonate with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positioning and messaging that clearly communicates how products solve audience challenges, producing collateral that outlines product features in terms of real customer benefits and workflow improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to share insights and understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting clear product messaging that connects customer challenges with how products solve them
  • Translating features into benefits that make sense in the context of real customer workflows
  • Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to align on audience needs, product value, and messaging
  • Planning and executing go-to-market campaigns for new product and feature launches
  • Interviewing customers and conducting research to build detailed personas and understand workflows
  • Tracking competitors and updating comparisons to help position effectively
  • Writing and producing content such as product overviews, videos, and webinars
  • Developing and refining pricing and packaging using customer and market insights
  • Showcasing customer success stories that demonstrate real value and drive engagement

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator, able to write and produce content for various channels, and effectively communicate your message through in-person and virtual presenting.

You'll also need to have direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving growth in technology companies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of effective GTM strategies and product marketing fundamentals.
