This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow solution architect to drive technical strategy and deliver solutions across ITSM, ITOM, BCM, SPM, IRM, and other modules.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
- Maintain platform health through regular checks and performance optimization.
- Drive integrations with Security and Monitoring tools.
- Guide first-time implementations of new ServiceNow modules.
- Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance.
- Mid-Senior level position in an Engineering and Information Technology team.
- Full-time employment with a leading organization.
- ServiceNow Certified Architect (CSA or higher) with deep technical capability.
- Extensive hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
- Proven delivery in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
