Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive understanding of requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Apply technical expertise to configure ServiceNow modules and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Advise on best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance, promoting sustainable outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an ITSM Specialist or in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving in complex environments, driving end-to-end design and stability.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or System Administrator.
  • ITIL certification highly regarded.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow expertise in administration, development, and architecture.

This role requires Australian Citizenship and NV-1 level security clearance.
