Job Description

As a key member of the BOQ Group, you will play a vital role in shaping our procurement strategy. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team and drive strategic sourcing solutions across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, from stakeholder and supplier management to contract negotiations and performance analysis. With a strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach, you will develop and implement strategies that deliver cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and enhance overall business performance.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Group Executives, General Managers, Legal, Finance, and IT. A minimum of 5+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement technology, spend analysis, and supplier risk management is essential. Additionally, you must possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and supply chain optimization.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder and supplier relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier data to inform procurement decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement technology, spend analysis, and supplier risk management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to procurement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
