Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage to fill a Senior Account Executive position in their Melbourne CBD office. This opportunity presents the chance to take ownership of a mid-market portfolio while enjoying the support of a dedicated Assistant Account Executive and a collaborative team.

Job Description

This role involves managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on retention and service excellence. The successful candidate will oversee renewals, endorsements, new business quotes, and policy documentation, as well as collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in commercial or mid-market insurance, a Tier 1 qualification, and strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products. Excellent relationship management and communication skills are essential, along with being organised, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction.
