About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing classroom and workshop training to Heavy Vehicle Technician Apprentices and new Technicians.

You will be based in Brisbane, Australia, and will have the opportunity to travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for apprentices and technicians.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager APAC to develop and implement training plans.
  • Provide regular updates on progress against milestones and participate in monthly Capability Trainer meetings.
  • Maintain a focus on apprentice safety by participating in extended pre-start meetings.
Requirements
  • Advanced level knowledge of and experience with Heavy Duty Engine products is essential.
  • Possess or be willing to work towards achievement of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • A minimum of 4 years post-trade apprenticeship completion preferred.
  • Candidates must be based in Brisbane and willing to travel across the region as required.
