Heavy Vehicle Training Specialist

This role is focused on delivering expert training to Heavy Vehicle Technician Apprentices and new Technicians. The successful candidate will provide hands-on training, coaching, and technical support to ensure that our team members have the skills they need to succeed.
The position involves up to 25% travel per year and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for apprentices and new technicians.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training plans.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Advanced knowledge of Heavy Duty Engine products is essential.
- Prior experience in providing technical advice and coaching is highly desirable.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years post-trade apprenticeship completion is required.
