Job Title: Client Services Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our pension plan members.

About the Role:
  • Respond to inquiries via telephone, portal, and email, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the pension lifecycle.
  • Guide members through their journey from plan enrollment to pensioner, offering real-time support and accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to refer members to internal partners for additional support, processing, or escalation, collaborating to facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on management-provided information to ensure current knowledge levels and develop template responses for common member inquiries.
  • Foster effective teamwork by participating in meetings and events, taking ownership of assigned workload, and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value, providing prompt and accurate information to support member decision-making.
About You:
  • You possess a University degree and/or college diploma, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • You have at least three years of experience in customer service, pensions, insurance, or finance.
  • You demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
  • You have a solid understanding of Canadian pension and tax legislation.
  • You can adapt to changing environments and provide accurate information promptly, handling a wide range of client inquiries with ease.
