Job Title

We are a frontline charity addressing homelessness and poverty. Our Social Health and Wellbeing team provides crisis support, case management, and essential needs assistance.

The Client Service Coordinator role oversees day-to-day operations of the case work team and AOD-based programs. You will review case support plans, build networks, and serve as a liaison for on-site partners.

You will work closely with the Head of Programs to align due diligence, policies, and processes with our accreditations. Additionally, you will mentor client services staff and ensure capacity building and peer supports.

  • Lead the Client Services team through guidance, task delegation, and supervision.
  • Coordinate AOD Program management, including reporting, acquittals, and KPI tracking.
  • Maintain partnerships with AOD, mental health, and community service providers.
  • Audit case management records and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
