As a seasoned Water Sector Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team of 300+ professionals dedicated to designing and delivering smart, resilient outcomes that contribute to healthy communities and sustainable urban and regional development in Australia.

The Opportunity

About the Role
  • Lead multi-discipline design teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality design outputs on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage the overall delivery of designs and guide project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage Engineering governance processes related to design reviews, change management, request for information, validation and verification, etc.
About You

You will ideally be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline and have a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, particularly water utilities/water treatment industry standards and best practices.

Strong technical writing skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
