
Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic support center, where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities for growth and development.
As a key member of our international team, you will provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, using logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
You will be responsible for identifying and escalating urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations, while also sharing ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.
We are passionate about delivering outstanding service in English, so a high level of written and spoken English is essential. You will work closely with supportive teammates and engaged leadership in a positive, energetic work environment.

- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00-18:00, with one weekly shift from 13:00-22:00.
