Are you a seasoned customer service professional who thrives in assisting accountants?

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to provide first-line assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This role involves offering proactive and timely support to customers, navigating them through product inquiries, and resolving service requests in a timely manner.

  • Assist customers with questions about company setup, trust administration, and other related topics
  • Help customers navigate products and services
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and process web forms in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Liaise with product teams to gather customer feedback for product improvements
  • Log, track, update, and resolve all service requests from customers in the service management system
About the Role

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

As a subject matter expert on our products, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role within a technology company
  • Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and exceed personal and team goals
