Expect this and more when you join Linfox Armaguard Group.What does the job look like?As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high quality, accessible, and flexible service with attention on delivering effective outcomes. Key areas include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
  • Building strong with relationships stakeholders
  • Point of call for service escalations including cash, discrepancies and investigations
  • On boarding of new customers

Are you the one?You'll use your communication skills, problem-solving abilities to deliver support that's timely, accurate, and customer centric. You can demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Calm under pressure, with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems with CRM platforms desirable
