We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be based at our Tullamarine (Melbourne) site.

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. 

About the Role:

  • Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.
  • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). 
  • Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunities.
  • Responds to customer inquiries on phone and emails
  • Willing to have difficult conversations with the customers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Australian PR

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • SAP knowledge
  • University Degree in Business or Aviation; College Level Courses
  • 3+ years sales, customer service experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or mfg.
