What does the job look like?As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high quality, accessible, and flexible service with attention on delivering effective outcomes.
Key areas include: Respond to customer inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution Building strong with relationships stakeholders Point of call for service escalations including cash, discrepancies and investigations On boarding of new customers Are you the one?You'll use your communication skills, problem-solving abilities to deliver support that's timely, accurate, and customer centric.
You can demonstrate: Previous experience in a customer focused role Excellent written and communication skills Strong problem solving and multitasking skills Calm under pressure, with strong organisational skills Proficiency in computer systems with CRM platforms desirable Sound like you?
