Residential Aged Care Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our hospitality team as a Concierge. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, coordinating personalized services, and serving as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Strong customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Confidence in a front-of-house role
- Hospitality background or relevant experience
