Residential Aged Care Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team in a Residential Aged Care setting on the Central Coast. As the face of our home, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, employees, guests and visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones in a professional manner, scheduling and conducting tours for prospective residents and their family, welcoming new residents and helping them settle into their room, and serving as a link between the residents, families and all other roles in the home.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a warm and welcoming reception experience
- Answering phones in a professional manner
- Scheduling and conducting tours
- Welcoming new residents and helping them settle in
- Linking residents, families and other roles within the home
- Coordinating with Regional Wellness and Leisure Specialists
- Booking external activities and events for the home
Requirements: You will need a heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly, strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate effectively, confidence in a front of house role, and the ability to engage with others. Hospitality background is advantageous but not essential.
