Job Description
  • The Workplace Educator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees

This involves ensuring that all new staff members receive thorough training and support to enable them to perform their roles effectively and provide high-quality care to residents. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering education and training programs to all Residential Aged Care employees within the home to meet role expectations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
