Residential Aged Care Hospitality Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality hospitality services in a residential aged care setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient use of resources, leading a team of staff, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including dining, cleaning, laundry, and concierge services.
- Lead a team of staff, including head chefs, concierges, and housekeeping assistants.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in aged care or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
