Job Title: Environmental Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Department Manager to oversee our team of professionals. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and project management skills.

Job Description:

This role involves managing a team of direct reports, preparing reports and client correspondence, providing oversight and quality control, as well as sales and marketing efforts to develop new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 3 direct reports
  • Prepare and execute reports and other client correspondence
  • Provide oversight, QA/QC, analysis, laboratory testing, and field services as required
  • Client consultation and maintenance
  • Sales and marketing efforts to develop new business
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
  • Professional Geologist (P.G.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly preferred
  • Project experience with Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessment (ESAs) is required
