Job Opportunity:

As a key player in our team, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Environmental Engineer to lead our environmental projects.

  • Project Oversight and Management: We require an individual to review and manage complex projects, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Field Investigations: The ideal candidate will plan and execute field investigations, including drilling, sampling, and data collection. They will also lead teams during fieldwork to ensure effective environmental assessments.
  • Design Recommendations: We need someone to prepare detailed design recommendations for complex or unusual conditions, utilizing their expertise to inform decision-making.
  • Mentorship and Engagement: As a leader, the successful candidate will foster the development of staff, participate in industry organizations, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Business Development: This role requires cultivating client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and securing contracts that align with the company's goals.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Biological or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • With a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, you possess a strong understanding of project management principles and team leadership.
  • Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
  • Excel in both business and technical writing, effectively communicating ideas and concepts.
