Hiring Senior Engineers, Geologists, Inspectors, and Consultants in the Southeastern US

NOVA Engineering is seeking a CMT Project Manager to work on Construction Materials Testing & Special Inspection projects in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan statistical area (MSA).

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Project management duties including data reduction, analysis & fieldwork for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office and residential projects (Construction Materials Testing/Inspection)
• Client consultation and maintenance
• Report preparation and review
• Field Special Inspection duties as needed
• Training and mentoring field technicians
• Providing assistance to other NOVA team members to promote the overall objectives of the company.

The preferred candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in construction materials testing or special inspections in a leadership role is required
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred (not required)
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) license is required, and PE license is preferred
• Multiple ICC, ACI, NCDOT, and/or PTI certifications if not an engineer
