Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team.

This is a part-time opportunity working 28 hours per week at an organization focused on family mediation and support services.

The successful candidate will provide expert mediation to families experiencing conflict post-separation, working closely with a dynamic team to deliver holistic support.

  • Ambitious and experienced professionals with accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligibility for accreditation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, psychology or social work.
  • Sound knowledge of family law legislation, child inclusive mediation practice and community services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills.
