**Role Overview**

Our organization is seeking an individual to play a vital role in providing exceptional service to potential residents and their families. As the primary point of contact for consumers seeking care, you will be responsible for ensuring all enquiries are addressed and options explored to facilitate informed decision-making.

We seek an empathetic professional with a positive mindset and proactive approach to finding solutions. You will build relationships with hospital and allied health contacts, becoming an expert in transition to aged care.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Effectively communicate with potential clients, their families, and stakeholders with varying needs and queries
- Ensure timely response to incoming enquiries, documenting relevant communication and updating the CRM
- Promote our services within the region, matching residents with services based on care needs, financial situation, and lifestyle options
- Drive continuous improvement of our service, adhering to legislation and policy

**Ideal Candidate Profile**:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience
- Full driving license
- Experience in similar roles desirable

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflict
- Understanding of the Aged Care Sector, ideally Residential Aged Care
- Well-defined networking, relationship management, and customer service skills
