Program Overview

The program aims to provide tailored technical and professional learning within your practice group, as well as graduate-specific training throughout the entirety of the Ignite Program.

  • Build relationships across the firm and become highly connected in a short period.
  • Develop a variety of skills through hands-on opportunities and constantly develop your skills.

We are looking for graduates with a keen interest in business and accounting who have completed their university studies within the last two years with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (accounting, business, commerce, etc) majoring in accounting that is accredited by the Chartered Accountants Institute.

What You Will Experience
  • National Graduate Training Program: A week of training and social and networking events.
  • Induction week at the firm where you get to meet the rest of the staff.
  • Technical training where you learn all about the various software you will be using.
  • Chartered Accountants Program - Financial and study support to undertake your CA, including full payment of subject fees and paid study leave.
  • Professional development sessions on topics such as communication, planning, career development and networking.
