Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of a Graduate Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to manage risk and insurance programs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers to drive business growth.
- Analyze client profitability and maximize revenue generated from existing client bases through effective use of group facilities.
- Promote the company brand within the insurance industry and amongst clients, prospects, and professional networks.
- Prepare accurate client documentation for distribution, meeting all specified requirements.
- Manage client claims efficiently, achieving agreed claims standards and timely settlements.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with all specified business management processes.
