Amazon Graduate Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our third-party sellers team as Graduate Account Managers. In this role, you'll create and nurture relationships with diverse sellers, helping them maximise their success on the Amazon store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and/or existing sellers, from major brands to innovative small and medium-sized businesses.
- Help sellers adopt the right strategies and tools to drive growth on Amazon.
- Analyse industry and Amazon data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to help sellers achieve their goals.
- Gather and relay seller feedback to internal teams to improve both seller and end customer experiences.
- Implement and track metrics to measure success of the sellers in your portfolio and uncover opportunities.
A Day in the Life:
As a Graduate Account Manager, you'll connect with sellers to understand their needs, collaborate with product teams on solutions, and analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities. You'll participate in team meetings to share insights and work together on innovative approaches to support our sellers.

Requirements:
- You must be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree (any discipline) or;
- Completed your university studies (any discipline) in the last 24 months of applying.
- You have some experience (e.g., internships) in sales or account management, marketing or consulting.
- You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex concepts simply, both in writing and orally.
- You are a confident user of MS Office products and applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some work experience - whether through placement years, internships or university (ecommerce experience highly regarded)
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at an advanced level (including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.)
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems.
