Key Roles and Responsibilities

We're seeking a motivated Graduate Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll combine sales hunting, pre-sales support, and account development to grow our client base and build lasting relationships across Telecommunications, Utilities, and Mapping sectors.

This technology solutions company enables clients to achieve digital transformation and automation goals by integrating advanced technologies with geospatial and engineering solutions. We serve clients in sectors such as Utilities, Communications, Navigation and Location-based services, Natural resources, Land and infrastructure, Government and funding agencies.

We have over 5200 employees, making us one of the largest employers in the geospatial industry. Our operations include three state-of-the-art development centers in India and six fully owned international subsidiaries worldwide.


Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities in Telecom, Utility, and Mapping sectors
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and solution scoping
  • Build and maintain key account relationships ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies
  • Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals, Request for Information, and Tenders

Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, GIS, or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive self-starter mindset with willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work across teams in fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with GIS tools or telecom/utility sectors is an advantage
