Are you passionate about developing early careers talent and creating a pipeline of future leaders? Do you enjoy business partnering, program management, and facilitation? We're seeking an experienced Early Careers Advisor to join our team at Qantas, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our Graduate Program and help our teammates soar.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver the Graduate Program stream and rotations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate cyclical graduate events across two years of the program, focusing on development, engagement, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Coordinate the Annual Graduate Recruitment Campaign, supported by the wider Qantas Talent Team and HR community.
  • Maintain relationships with secondary school and university partners, developing a plan to attend key careers and networking events to raise Qantas' profile as an employer of choice.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Graduates and Rotation Managers, providing regular catch-ups and coaching.
  • Continuously assess and improve our early careers initiatives, bringing creative ideas and ensuring the program contributes to our broad Organisational Development (OD) strategy.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Experience in managing projects and programs, from inception through to delivery.
  • Ability to initiate relationships and build rapport at all levels of leadership.
  • Knowledge of generalist human resources disciplines, including talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in autonomously facilitating a campaign recruitment process.
  • Ideal experience with Graduates and the Graduate Program.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
