Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Manage and monitor the delivery of early careers programs to ensure participants develop essential skills and competencies.
- Training and Development: Oversee the early careers training plan, including induction, RTO training, internal training, and rotational aspects.
- Welfare and Performance: Conduct regular welfare checks and performance reviews in consultation with stakeholders and RTOs to ensure trainees are on track.
- Community Engagement: Promote early careers programs through community engagement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as TAFE, trade institutions, and industry bodies to facilitate pathways for apprentices, trainees, and graduates.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all programs comply with government legislation, training frameworks, and industry standards.
- Documentation and Communication: Manage apprenticeship and traineeship documentation and communicate effectively about programs, policies, and procedures.
- Experience: Experience in delivering entry-level talent programs, including work apprenticeships, graduate programs, and traineeships.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation and Adaptability: Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic approach to daily operations and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer skills.
