Early Careers Advisor Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Early Careers Advisor. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition and Development team, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining a pipeline of early careers talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver the Graduate Program stream and rotations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate cyclical graduate events, focusing on development, engagement, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Coordinate the Annual Graduate Recruitment Campaign, working closely with the Talent Team and HR community.
  • Maintain relationships with secondary school and university partners, developing a plan to attend key careers and networking events.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Graduates and Rotation Managers, providing regular support and coaching.
  • Continuously assess and improve early careers initiatives, bringing creative ideas and ensuring alignment with our Organisational Development (OD) strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, program management, and facilitation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of leadership.
  • Knowledge of generalist human resources disciplines, including talent acquisition and talent management.
  • A creative thinker, able to identify alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in autonomously facilitating recruitment processes.
  • Ideal experience with Graduates and the Graduate Program.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
