You will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in processes, rebooking flights, and offering assistance during disruptions and cancellations.

This role requires a high level of empathy, enabling you to provide personalized support to unaccompanied minors and guests with disabilities, making their airport experience welcoming and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

  • Have reliable transportation to and from the airport.
