Key Responsibilities
  • Help our guests with check-in, flight rebooking, and support through disruptions and cancellations.
  • Provide an easy, wonderful experience for unaccompanied kids and guests with disabilities.
  • Assist with boarding flights and other arrival and departure tasks.

  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Have had at least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers.
  • Are happy working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Have transport to and from the airport.
