We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies, models, and dashboards.
  • Develop and improve financial reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on KPIs and variance.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support pricing strategy and product profitability.
  • Design and enhance reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support payroll administration and maintain compliance.
  • Contribute to financial reporting and board pack preparation.

About You

  • Candidates should possess a CPA/CA qualification and a degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5-7+ years' experience in finance roles is required, preferably in payments, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
