**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, breads, and other products from scratch recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by cleaning equipment and tools before and after use.
  • Develop dough by weighing flour and other ingredients with precision.
  • Bake different types of bread, including artisan sourdough, baguettes, and laminated pastry products.
  • Create high-quality fillings for cakes and savory pies by mixing various ingredients.
  • Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream, and edible toppings.
  • Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies, and sweet rolls.
  • Produce high-quality cakes, tarts, and patisserie products that meet the highest standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • AQF Certificate III qualification in Baking or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a commercial bakery environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of quality control.
