**Job Title:** Master Pastry and Bread Artisan
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and lead daily production of artisanal breads and pastries, ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards.
- Train, supervise, and support bakery staff to meet production goals and maintain high levels of team performance.
- Develop and execute weekly prep plans, manage inventory rotation, waste reduction, and supplier deliveries.
- Maintain recipe consistency, product quality, and presentation standards through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation in seasonal specials for events and develop new products to meet customer demands.
**Requirements:**
- Certificate IV in Baking and/or Pastry with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience, including supervisory roles, with a proven track record of success in team leadership and workflow management under pressure.
- Expertise in all aspects of bread and viennoiserie production, with the ability to train and mentor staff members to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong skills in scheduling, team leadership, and maintaining workflow efficiency, with a customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional results.
