**Aged Care Support Worker Job Opportunity**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support clients with domestic assistance, social support and access to the community.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for aged care and making a difference in people's lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Domestic Assistance - assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
  • Social Support - building connections and supporting clients to engage in meaningful activities.
  • Access to the Community - assisting with outings, appointments and errands to enhance independence.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A current National Police Check.
  • A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar role preferred but not essential.
