At Trusted Home Care, we are committed to providing top-quality care with a team of skilled, compassionate, and dedicated workers. Proudly local to the Central Coast, we are expanding across both Aged Care and NDIS services, and we are seeking passionate individuals who want to make a real difference.
This single advert covers three key roles within our organisation. When applying, please clearly indicate which role you are interested in:
1. Aged Care – Domestic Assistance WorkerKey Responsibilities:
Provide household support, including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation
Assist participants to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
Build trust and companionship with older Australians
Deliver services during flexible hours – ideal for parents/carers looking for work during school hours
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in domestic assistance, hospitality, or community services (desirable but not essential)
Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail
Able to work independently while following care plans
2. Aged Care – Support WorkerKey Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support participants with mobility, social engagement, and community access
Build positive relationships that enhance well-being and independence
Work a variety of shifts to meet participant needs
Ideal Candidate:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (desirable)
Empathetic and committed to supporting older Australians
Flexible, dependable, and professional
3. NDIS – High & Complex Care Support WorkerKey Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care for participants with complex needs across a 24-hour roster (day, evening, sleepover, and active night shifts)
Deliver specialised supports, including PEG feeding, hoisting, and tracheostomy care
Empower participants to achieve their personal goals and live with dignity
Ensure safety, well-being, and compliance with care plans at all times
Ideal Candidate:
Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar qualification (required for complex care)
Experience in complex care or willingness to undergo training
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including short shifts (minimum 2 hours) for morning and evening routines
